Hi, I’m Kath Burrows.

After nearly a decade of navigating the stormy seas of Financial Services and Client Relationship Management, burnout and depression hit her like a tsunami. To make matters worse, two close family members passed away in the same year, giving her a much-needed wake-up call. It was time for a course correction away from the soul-sucking corporate grind. So, she set sail on a journey of self-discovery.

Through this adventure, she realised that while you can change your surroundings, if you don't change your mindset as well, you'll still feel like an imposter, that feeling of 'not good enough'. This insight led her to focus on both physical and mental health. In 2016 she qualified as a Yoga teacher, two years later she gained her AcroYoga teacher certification and then in 2019 she received her Holistic Mindset Coaching certification.

Having wrestled with depression in her adult years, she found that regular yoga, meditation, and a healthy mindset were her valuable tools in her arsenal. She discovered the power of training both the mind and body and experienced the mind-body connection in herself. Now, she loves helping others discover their potential, helping them to get out of self sabotaging habits, break through limiting beliefs to live their best lives.

Kath views herself as a lifelong student, always expanding her knowledge of the mind and body. Currently, she's diving into the world of functional neurology to help her clients increase strength and mobility and reduce pain and anxiety.
